Relocation and documents: airport meeting, housing, car
Help on the ground: meeting you at the airport, housing, a car and your baby’s documents. Prices on request.
Who handles this
Katerina handles the practical matters together with her assistant. She herself is responsible for birth preparation, the birth and the first weeks; the assistant handles the airport meeting, housing, car and documents. The scope of services and the division of duties are written into the contract.

About prices
What about entering the country?
Entry rules are set by Brazilian law, and the Polícia Federal decides on admission at the border. We have no influence on that. Help with relocation does not mean entry will be approved.
Official procedures
Conditions, fees and timelines change, so check them on the official pages: gov.br, Polícia Federal (the Federal Police), Receita Federal (the tax authority) and the cartório where births are registered. We help you go through the procedures, but the state makes the decisions.
What we don’t do
- We don’t give legal opinions: for legal questions you need a Brazilian lawyer (advogado)
- We don’t promise decisions by government authorities or their timelines
- We don’t promise that entry to the country will be approved
- We don’t help hide the purpose of a trip or get around the rules
